About me

Spanish-Argentine therapist with a Doctorate from Uppsala University, Sweden. Passionate about helping women navigate life’s challenges and find balance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from diverse cultural contexts, which has greatly enriched my understanding of human behavior and personal growth. My journey as a therapist started from a deep curiosity about human behavior and a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Growing up in an international setting, I was always fascinated by how different cultures shape our experiences and perspectives. This experience has shaped the way I approach therapy—recognizing that every person’s story is unique and deserving of respect. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find clarity and healing, particularly when navigating complex issues like ADHD or family conflict.
