With a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Beaconhouse National University, I have spent over seven years working in diverse settings, including universities, hospitals, and mental health organizations. My career has spanned one-on-one counseling, workshops, and psychoeducational efforts, with a strong focus on adolescents and young adults. I am the founder of Teen Therapy Wellness and have had the privilege of conducting webinars on sleep disorders, social anxiety, PTSD, and attachment theory.
In addition to my clinical work, I am also an active member of the American Psychological Association and the Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapists. My experiences have been highlighted in media appearances, including discussions on mental health on platforms like Aaj TV and PTV. My passion lies in making mental health accessible, destigmatizing therapy, and ensuring my clients feel safe and understood.
As a therapist, my style is client-centered, combining empathy and active listening with a structured, goal-oriented framework. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs. My therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques with psychoanalytic insights, ensuring that each client receives personalized care based on their individual challenges and strengths.
In my sessions, I create a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions and experiences. I also integrate mindfulness and self-care strategies into my work, ensuring that clients not only resolve their immediate concerns but also develop long-term tools for emotional resilience and mental well-being. My goal is to help clients find clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose in their lives.
