Mariell Olavarria

I am by profession a journalist and clinical psychologist from the University of Arts, Sciences and Communication, University of Chile and other important postgraduate institutions in Santiago de Chile. I am trained in clinical psychology of adults and children. My focus in parental therapy is to prevent risk factors and provide tools to parents so that they can increase their skills with the well-being of their child as a focus. In psychotherapy with adults, my goal is for the client to acquire self-awareness of behavior patterns that do not allow them to evolve, from that learning they can manage their emotional experiences by having more adaptive behavior patterns. I do the therapy in the Spanish language / Realizo la terapia en el idioma español.
