I am a psychologist specialised in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My practice focuses on supporting people experiencing emotional, behavioural or relational difficulties, as well as families navigating complex situations such as conflict, separation or major life transitions.
I have experience working in clinical, educational and psychosocial settings, providing psychological assessment, therapeutic support and guidance for individuals and families. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based and tailored to each person’s needs and stage of life, helping clients develop emotional regulation, resilience and a greater sense of wellbeing.
Alongside clinical work, I have experience in the forensic field, participating in psychological assessments in family court contexts. This has given me a deeper understanding of family dynamics and the impact that conflict and stressful life events can have on children and adults.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
