About me
Ich verfüge über rund neun Jahre Berufserfahrung im psychosozialen und pädagogischen Bereich mit intensiver klientenbezogener Arbeit. Meine Erfahrung umfasst unter anderem die stationäre und teilstationäre Jugendhilfe, die individuelle Begleitung im Einzel- und Erwachsenenwohnen sowie die integrale Förderung. Darüber hinaus war ich mehrere Monate ausdrücklich in der psychologischen Chatberatung tätig. Beratung, Gesprächsführung, Krisenbegleitung und die Unterstützung von Menschen in belastenden Lebenssituationen waren dabei zentrale Bestandteile meiner bisherigen Tätigkeit.

Approach
My approach is primarily person-centered, resource-oriented and solution-focused. I also incorporate psychoeducation and a trauma-informed perspective. Through my experience in psychosocial support, youth services and psychological crisis chat counseling, I place particular emphasis on stabilization, identifying individual strengths and developing practical coping strategies together with the client.

Working in an inclusive support program with a focus on educational and psychosocial support. My role also includes working with challenging behavior, contributing to a sexual education concept, and supervising an intern.

Provided psychological chat counseling and supported individuals experiencing emotional distress and crisis situations.
November 2017–January 2024 – Educational Professional in Youth Welfare, SRH Schulen GmbH
Worked in several areas of youth welfare, including day-treatment services, residential group care, and individualized support for adolescents and adults in supported living settings. This role involved extensive psychosocial support and working with people in complex and challenging life situations.
