Hi, my name is Zoé. I’m a psychologist (M.Sc. in Clinical and Health Psychology) based in Germany, with an open heart for people, cultures, and diverse paths in life.
Traveling has always been more than just seeing new places, it’s been a deep inner journey. I’ve lived in the U.S., walked the Camino de Santiago, spent time in a permaculture project in Portugal, and traveled through Europe in a van. These experiences have expanded my perspective, deepened my cultural understanding, and shaped the way I connect with others, both personally and professionally.
I am commited to create an inclusive and diverse space, where I welcome people from all backgrounds. You are welcome here as you are, regardless of gender, skin color, origin, or identity.
I have more that 10 years of experience in working with people who feel:
- stuck in life transitions or “in-between” phases
- disconnected from themselves or their sense of direction
- caught in self-doubt, overthinking, or inner blocks
- challenged in relationships or repeating certain patterns
- drawn to a more authentic way of living, but unsure how to move toward it
I also have experience supporting people navigating questions around values, identity, and lifestyle, including topics like ethical living, veganism, and climate-related anxiety.
Outside of therapy, I work independently as a visual artist. If you’re navigating questions around creativity, self-employment, or alternative ways of living, I’m happy to share insights from my own path as well.
If you feel that we could be a good fit, you’re very welcome to book a session or get in touch.
