In my work, I combine systemic therapy with an open, appreciative, and often humorous attitude. I view people in the context of their relationships and life circumstances. Challenges rarely occur in isolation; they emerge in interaction with the environment – and just as often, solutions can be found there.

I don’t provide ready-made answers, but ask questions that open up new perspectives. Change can mean trying something new, allowing silence, or taking a step back – always at a pace that feels right for the individual.

My approach is resource-oriented, creative, and experiential. Alongside dialogue, I integrate body- and creativity-based methods to make development tangible beyond purely cognitive reflection. What matters most to me is authenticity and working together on equal footing, with trust as the foundation of any therapeutic process.
