Hi, I’m Pete.
Have you ever wondered why you get stuck in repetitive patterns of unhelpful behaviours? Do you feel like you don’t have control over these patterns, and that they interfere with your quality of life? Is having anxiety, feelings of depression or carrying around guilt and shame about things that happened to you in the past taking away from your happiness?
Is life feeling ‘too demanding’ or ‘too stressful’ for you? Do you find yourself not reaching for your goals and achieving your dreams?
Do you overthink things and feel like your thoughts are on a continuous loop?
I can support you with finding and discovering your meaning again.
I have professional memberships with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I hold degrees, several diplomas and postgraduate certificates in psychotherapeutic intervention models.
You can email me at pnaude.therapist@gmail.com, or give me a ring on 07544135770. I offer a short introductory meeting on Zoom, free of charge, to ascertain whether I am the right therapist for you. It is important for me that my clients have the openness to bring ‘all’ of them to therapy. I look forward journeying with you.
My model of practise integrates Cognitive Behavioural approaches (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Play and Creative Arts Therapy for working with a wide range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, envy, LGBTQ+ issues, low self-esteem and sleep disturbances to name but a few.
