I am a licensed psychologist and therapist with a background in solution-focused systemic cognitive therapy and personal and business coaching. My work bridges traditional evidence-based methods with a holistic approach.
I’m a Belgian psychologist and digital nomad often traveling and guiding people in their personal growth, wherever I am in the world. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and groups on personal growth, stress, relationships, creativity, addiction and life transitions. My work integrates modern psychology, mindfulness, and systems thinking, often bringing in creative processes like journaling, music, and self-expression. I believe therapy can be both profound and practical — a safe space where clarity, courage, and new perspectives emerge.
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and collaborative. Rather than analysing endlessly what went wrong, we explore what works — and build from there. I use tools from solution focused cognitive systemic therapy, mindfulness and positive psychology, tailoring each session to the person in front of me. My goal is to help clients:
I have over a decade of experience in private practice, working both in person and online with international clients. After my clinical work, I now run Do Your Thing!, an online platform combining psychology and creativity to help people find and express their purpose — whether through life design, entrepreneurship, or artistic projects. I also collaborate with my partner in https://www.conscienciar.com, a shared space for consciousness work, therapy, and creative growth.
