I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree and a passion for the profound transformation that occurs in the therapeutic space. My journey has been shaped by a dual interest in the human mind and aesthetic expression—a combination that allows me to see therapy as a creative process of reconstruction. Through my professional and creative path, I have learned that healing requires not only clinical expertise but a deep, authentic connection that transcends borders.
My clinical practice is firmly trauma-informed, focusing on supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging chapters. I have extensive experience helping women rebuild their self-esteem and independence after experiencing abusive relationships or difficult separations, as well as supporting adolescents navigating the complexities of ADHD and neurodiversity. I am committed to empowering my clients, providing them with the tools to transition from a place of vulnerability to one of resilience and self-ownership.
Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to offer a truly global practice. I find deep fulfillment in working with people from diverse backgrounds, including those in immigrants community or expats. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen and understood, regardless of where you are in the world, bridging the gap between your cultural heritage and your personal aspirations.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and evidence-based. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can identify maladaptive patterns and foster resilience while respecting each individual's nervous system. By combining clinical rigor with a sensitive, person-centered perspective, I help my clients navigate challenging life experiences, ADHD, and personal transitions, ensuring every session is a step toward a more autonomous and meaningful life.
