I support clients to release trauma and improve their qualify of life. We do this through curiosity, connecting with the body, feeling the emotions, and transforming negative beliefs.
I am a somatic therapist, a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner (by Gabor Maté), and a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach. I have a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Regents University, U.K.).
After working as a lawyer for 10 years, I transitioned into the healing arts. I am an explorer, and have lived in different countries most of my life.
I love opening doors to my clients’ inner landscapes.
My background has prepared me for supporting clients struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, burnout, addiction, behavioural issues, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.
I hold a safe space that supports clients in forming a profound connection with their truth and wisdom within.
With carefully crafted questions and attention to bodily sensations, we engage in deep self-enquiry. By staying present with our sensations, we feel emotions such as sadness, fear, anger, and shame without becoming overwhelmed. We can then release deep-held pain and beliefs, ultimately finding our way back to a state of balance and harmony.
