About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in Ireland, providing online therapy for adults in English and Croatian. My training at PCI College in Limerick shaped my integrative approach, with a particular interest in how early experiences and relationships influence our emotional lives, sense of self, and patterns in relationships.

My work often involves exploring underlying patterns and defence mechanisms that may have developed as ways of coping, but which can become restrictive over time. I aim to offer a thoughtful and non-judgmental space where clients can deepen their self-understanding, process difficult experiences, and gradually move towards greater flexibility and authenticity in their lives. I have experience working with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, relational difficulties, and emotional distress.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

My work is grounded in an integrative approach with a strong psychodynamic influence. I am particularly interested in how early relationships and life experiences shape our internal world, our sense of self, and the ways we relate to others. In therapy, we often explore recurring patterns, underlying emotions, and defence mechanisms that may operate outside of conscious awareness.

I aim to offer a reflective and attuned space where clients can safely explore these deeper processes. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, which can lead to more lasting and meaningful change over time.
