My therapeutic style is integrative and focused on the individuality of each client, combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to promote meaningful and sustainable change. I work collaboratively, creating a safe space where clients can explore their challenges, gain self-awareness and develop effective strategies to cope with their difficulties.
In practice, I use CBT to help identify and modify dysfunctional thought patterns, EMDR to process traumatic memories and unblock emotions, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen motivation and self-confidence in change. My approach is empathetic, structured and goal-oriented, always respecting the pace and needs of each person. My focus is to support clients in regaining emotional balance and achieving greater well-being and autonomy in their journey of personal growth.
