I have worked in my faculty’s clinical services, at a non-profit association, in private practice, and in Employee Assistance Programs, both in person and online. I also co-authored several research articles, as I believe that clinical practice and scientific research should go hand to hand. My goal is to provide individuals with a safe space to be heard and to reflect about their needs, without any kind of judgment. I feel privileged and absolutely grateful for having people telling me their stories.
I work mainly with adults and have accompanied people from all around the globe, using techniques coming from Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, and Existencial models of psychotherapy. A safe and comfortable therapeutic relationship is my priority. From there, we can discuss what is weighting the most on your well-being, or even existencial questions, making sure you find purpose and self-acceptance. By analyzing how we think about ourselves and others, what kind of emotions are more present in our daily lives, as well as the behaviors associated, we are able to maintain what suits us and readjust what might be bringing discomfort. All at your own rhythm, in a co-constructed process.
