As a psychologist, I provide individual support to each client who choses to start this journey with me. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both clinical settings and high-risk contexts, such as addiction, neglect, abuse, self-esteem, empowerment, anxiety, burnout, personality disorders and depression.
As a Family and Conflict Mediator, I always work with both clients together, to ensure neutrality and balance. I will listen and navigate alongside my clients through what is necessary for them and what they need to have heard. Words create new meanings and serve as the compass of relationships.
My practice is guided by empathy, deep listening, and a genuine respect for each person’s journey. I strive to create a warm, safe space where you feel truly seen and supported. Mainly based on a third-wave cognitive-behavioral approach, I focus on the person, their experiences, thoughts, and behaviors. I also integrate humanistic and systemic perspectives, which allow me to see and support the person as a whole. Currently specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy.
