I am a Clinical Psychologist and Body Psychotherapist in training, with a strong interest in exploring the boundary between mental health and psychopathology. My approach combines evidence-based practice within a psychodynamic framework, helping individuals enhance self-awareness and improve their relationships. I tailor techniques to each person’s unique emotional, relational, and cultural experiences.
In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate group workshops using theatrical tools to engage diverse populations, including refugees and vulnerable communities. Currently, I offer private sessions in Portuguese, English, and Italian, while undergoing Body Psychotherapy training at the Portuguese Institute of Body Psychotherapy (IPPC) and collaborating with migrant support services at the Clinical Ethnopsychology Center.
I am a trained Clinical Psychologist from Lisbon and a Body Psychotherapist in training. My experience includes living in Turkey and Italy, where I worked on social and mental health projects with migrants, utilizing theatrical tools to facilitate integration and expression. My approach focuses on creating a safe, empathetic space for clients, fostering healing through the integration of mind and body, and incorporating cultural and creative perspectives to address diverse therapeutic needs.
