Double specialization in Couple Therapy and Clinical Sexology at INSPSIC (2022).
I did internships as an individual, family and community therapist in Lisbon's public health service, at Santa Maria Hospital, and at a Private Social Solidarity Institution (IPSS) - Aventura Social Associação. I also did an observation and training internship at the Hestia International Clinic in Barcelona.
I took part in research at the Bellvitge Hospital in Barcelona, in the Eating Disorders department, and at the Private Social Solidarity Institution (IPSS) Aventura Social Associação, in the area of Youth Mental Health.

I work essentially from an integrative systemic perspective, with a narrative and structural approach, in individual, couple and family psychotherapy. I also work with parenting and young people.
Exploring the relationships and the impact of them on your life is an essential subject on my sessions.
