I am a French-trained Clinical Psychologist, holding a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from Paris 7 Diderot University. My journey has led me through various clinical settings including child and adolescent mental health services and psychiatric day hospitals as well as private practice. These experiences have shaped a therapeutic approach that is rooted in psychoanalytic principles yet flexible and responsive to the individuality of each person I meet.
Whether we work in person or online, I offer a space where everything can be said freely without fear or shame. I listen with care not to give ready-made answers but to help you reconnect with the ones you already carry within you. Together we make sense of what feels stuck, painful, or confusing.
My background includes extensive work with children and families navigating emotional, relational, and developmental difficulties. This has given me a deep understanding of how early experiences can shape our inner world and echo into adult life. I also work with adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, or relationship issues, or simply the quiet feeling that something isn’t quite right.
I believe that therapy is not about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about offering the right conditions for something meaningful to unfold. My approach is warm, respectful, and steady. I take the time to listen to your rhythm, your silences, your contradictions, and help you hear them too.
I welcome people from all walks of life, cultures, and orientations. Whether you're in crisis, in transition, or just feeling the need to be heard, therapy can offer a space for reflection and transformation. A place where your words, even the difficult ones, can finally find their place.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in psychoanalytic theory, with a strong emphasis on attentive listening, meaning, and the unconscious dynamics that shape our experiences.
I don’t follow a fixed protocol or offer ready-made answers. Instead, I adapt to your individual pace, history, and way of being. I believe that having the freedom to speak openly, without judgment or pressure, creates the conditions for deeper questions and unresolved tensions to surface. These tensions are not problems to be immediately solved, but signals to be heard, explored, and understood.
My role is to walk alongside you in this process: to offer a space where your words carry weight, where silence has meaning, and where we can begin to make sense of what troubles you. Over time, this shared work can bring clarity, relief, and a renewed connection to yourself.
Here, your experience is central. Every word matters.
