Sports enthusiast of various types and esoteric activities such as slacklining, free diving, or rock climbing. One of the things I love about the field of therapy and challenging sports is the unique communication that is created between myself and others. Commitment, dedication, and courage to dare are values that guide me in all aspects of my life.

Sometimes our daily lives can be challenging, exhausting, overwhelming, and leave us with little time for ourselves. I believe that with proper guidance, every man and woman can open up to life and meet themselves in a positive light.

As a clinical social worker, I have experience working with diverse populations. I have led men's groups, worked with people who have experienced trauma, assisted families caring for their loved ones, and provided support in the organization Milam. I have facilitated therapy groups for addicts, those dealing with mental health issues, and worked with people simply looking for daily guidance on how to cope with life's challenges.
