I’m a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities and reach their full potential. With experience in both clinical and crisis settings, I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to mental health, focusing on fostering self-awareness and emotional well-being.
Since childhood, I’ve been passionate about exploring the brain and connecting with people. This curiosity inspired me to pursue a Master’s Degree in cognitive-behavioral and integrative therapy, along with a postgraduate degree in clinical neuropsychology, believing in the importance of evidence-based scientific psychology. I completed my training as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Lisbon, gaining experience in the Psychiatry Department of the Lisbon Western Hospital Center and at Barragem, the Portuguese Foundation for the Study, Prevention, and Treatment of Addiction. Currently, I’m applying my skills in a refugee camp in Lesvos, where I continue to expand my knowledge and experience.
In our sessions, we focus on your specific concerns and goals, whether it’s overcoming challenges or enhancing well-being. Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions, developing personalized strategies that foster self-awareness and empower you to make changes. The greater the self-awareness, the easier it becomes to reach your potential and live a full, satisfying life.
Outside of work, my passion for travel and cultural exploration continues to broaden my perspective on human connection and growth.
Grounded in cognitive-behavioral and integrative psychotherapy, my approach emphasizes collaboratively building a process that utilizes evidence-based practices to find the most effective strategies for you.
