Navigating your mental health and intimate life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am a Psychologist and Sexologist based in Lisbon, dedicated to supporting people in finding the balance they're looking for. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, difficult relational patterns, or exploring sexual and relationship dynamics like polyamory and ENM, I offer a non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you. I have a particular interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals facing life transitions that impact their self-esteem and relationships. I hold a Master’s Degree in Sexology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Universidade Lusófona. Currently, I am further specializing in Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy to provide the most up to date, evidence-based care for my clients. I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese.

My therapeutic style is Integrative, meaning I adapt my clinical approach and tools to your unique personality and goals. I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. To achieve this, I draw from three main frameworks: Humanistic & Person-Centered: We start with a foundation of radical empathy and acceptance. You are the expert on your life; I am here to facilitate your growth. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We identify the practical thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to stress or sexual anxiety, replacing them with healthier coping strategies. Existential Therapy: We explore deeper themes of identity, freedom, and meaning, helping you live a life that feels aligned with your true values. By combining these clinical approaches with a specialized sexological lens, I help you address both your emotional well-being and your intimate health in one cohesive space.
