People were telling me I have a perfect life: great education (PhD. in Physics), a stable job, and good relationships. But I felt stuck, lost and uncertain. Something was missing that I was not able to find and express.
I was also limited by my education because what people saw in me was logic and problem-solving. But I am more than this. I have been volunteering for years with Scouts, and I saw what a personal approach to young people's development can do for them. I wanted to do this professionally.
I went back to university and obtained an MA in Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling. Now I am helping young adults find their meaning and way forward in life that feels authentic to them and not based on other's people expectations.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can be seen and understood.
I listen to your words. I listen beneath the words. I listen to the silences and the pauses between your words. I can hold space for you however challenging the situation might be.
I like to find out what works for you as an individual not what is generic for everybody.
If you are curious about modality, I work with Psychosynthesis. It is a holistic approach to personal growth that integrates body, mind, emotions, and soul, helping you navigate challenges, discover your true self, and live with greater purpose.
