I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in High-Intensity CBT from the University of Birmingham. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies and neuroscience, and is always tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and pace.
Alongside CBT, I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, positive psychology, and relationship-focused work. This allows me to offer both practical tools for managing symptoms and deeper support for long-standing patterns, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. My style is warm, structured, and collaborative, helping clients feel supported while also gaining clarity and direction.
My journey into therapy was shaped by my own transformative experience with it, which gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help. Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in law, business, software development, and the charity sector. These experiences help me connect with people from a wide range of professional, cultural, and personal backgrounds, and to understand the pressures of modern life.
I work internationally, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I offer therapy in English and Arabic, with conversational German. Whether you are seeking individual therapy or couples work, I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore difficulties and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I usually respond promptly to enquiries and am happy to answer questions before you decide whether to book.
