Life can be complicated, and there are times when we all need a moment to slow down, reflect, and navigate the difficulties we encounter. Therapy provides that opportunity: a supportive space to understand your emotions, gain perspective, and take steps to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I am a chartered psychologist, registered psychotherapist, and coaching psychologist with more than a decade of experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate their personal and emotional challenges. Therapy is a partnership built on trust and mutual respect, where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without fear of judgment. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and direct. I’m here to listen and gently challenge you in ways that promote growth and self-awareness. As an integrative psychotherapist, I use different approaches to help you develop practical skills for managing life transitions, stress and anxiety, empowering you to take control of your life. My therapy journey began from a place of curiosity and compassion, driven by a desire to understand the human experience and help others find their path to healing.
