About me
I trained as a psychotherapist at Birkbeck College, University of London where I completed a MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their code of ethics.
I work with people experiencing a range of emotional challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, work stress, life transitions or family and relationship issues. I have a particular interest in the emotional difficulties of migrants, refugees and other displaced persons.

I view each of my clients as unique and valuable, and am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and reflective space to help them work through any difficulties. I employ a psychodynamic approach in my practice. This enables me to help people increase their ability to understand their feelings and relationships with others, and work to improve their experience of life. I help my clients to understand the underlying motives behind their behaviour and emotions and give them an opportunity for positive and lasting change.
