About me

I am a counsellor offering online therapy for people who may feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Sometimes life can look manageable on the outside while internally feeling heavy, confusing, or exhausting. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, slow down, and begin to make sense of what you are feeling and experiencing. My work is grounded in the belief that many present struggles have deeper emotional roots. Anxiety, low self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries, emotional exhaustion, or repeating relationship patterns often do not appear without reason. Together, we can explore what may be happening beneath the surface, helping you understand yourself more clearly and respond to life with greater confidence, stability, and self-trust. I value authenticity, emotional depth, and the therapeutic relationship itself. Clients often come to therapy wanting not only relief, but also a better understanding of why certain feelings or patterns keep returning. I aim to offer a calm and thoughtful space where meaningful insight can develop, and where change feels real rather than temporary. I am a registered member of BACP and NCPS, and a member of the British Psychological Society. My practice is informed by professional training, ethical standards, ongoing supervision, and continued personal and professional development.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Nonviolent CommunicationRecommended for those who want to improve communication and to regulate conflicts by learning how to express their feelings and needs and listening to other’s.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded. I offer therapy that is supportive and compassionate, while also helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping their difficulties. I am interested not only in what is happening in your life now, but also in the underlying experiences, beliefs, and relational dynamics that may be contributing to anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or relationship struggles. I believe therapy is about more than simply coping in the moment. Coping strategies can be useful, but meaningful change often comes from understanding yourself at a deeper level. This may include exploring attachment patterns, self-worth, boundaries, stress, past experiences, or the ways you relate to others and to yourself. As this understanding grows, many clients begin to feel clearer, more emotionally secure, and better able to make choices that support their wellbeing. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental, where you can bring difficult thoughts and feelings without fear of being dismissed or criticised. I work at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate for each person, recognising that therapy is a deeply personal process. Clients often come to me because they are tired of repeating the same patterns, feeling emotionally stuck, or carrying too much on their own. My role is to help you feel heard, supported, and better able to understand what is happening within you, so that lasting change can begin to take shape.

Experience

I've worked with people navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, attachment wounds, identity questions, and significant life transitions — relocations, relationship endings, career changes, and the kind of groundlessness that doesn't have an obvious name. What connects this work isn't the presenting problem. It's the willingness of the person to go deeper than they've gone before.

Education

I'm a BACP-accredited counsellor, trained in Person-Centred therapy and Process Work. I work under regular supervision and continue to develop through personal therapy and reflective practice — because I think the quality of this work depends on it.
