I’m a certified yoga teacher and mental health professional with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals through coaching, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. My work is grounded in both ancient practice and modern science.
I hold an MSc in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, along with a BSc in Psychology, and a Level 5 diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, awarded with distinction. I also contribute to research in mental health, with a focus on movement-based practices and their role in emotional resilience and identity.
I guide sessions across London and internationally, offering a space where mind, body, and breath meet — with presence, care, and deep respect for the individual process.
🖥️ Sessions are held via video call (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp).
My approach weaves together neuroscience, psychology, and embodied practices to support emotional healing at its roots. I guide people back into the intelligence of their bodies — using breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness to gently explore what lives beneath the surface. Often, the patterns we find ourselves repeating aren’t logical — they’re familiar. My role is to help you recognise those imprints, not just with the mind, but through the body, so that healing becomes less about fixing and more about remembering who you were before the world asked you to adapt. What’s waiting for you beneath the patterns isn’t brokenness — it’s potential.
