Psychotherapy is a place that is private, confidential and non-judgemental. This place is based on reflection, meaning and self-awareness; it's not just talking; it's thinking. Psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, grief, menopause, ageing, man's issues, sexual issues, cultural identity, relationships and family issues.
I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, trauma-focused, existential and cognitive-behavioural theories, alongside neuroscience research, holding the person-centred values of compassion, empathy, respect and care.
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.
Our minds are the most powerful tools we have. We can use them to create our own happiness or to create our own suffering.
