After studying psychology, I realized my true calling was to blend my passions for movement and mental health. Over the past nine years, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through an integrative, non-judgmental approach. I believe that every person carries both light and dark colours within them, and with the right support, we can all connect more deeply with our “light colours”- the best parts of ourselves.
I am a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist (RDMP, UK) with over 9 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in community, educational, and care settings. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with work-related anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, stress, and self-esteem issues. My approach is grounded in the belief that movement is our first form of communication and can be a powerful tool for expressing emotions when words fall short.
