As an organisational psychologist, originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, I have spent the past 8 years living and working in the UK and Europe. Throughout my journey, I have faced the challenges of living with multiple chronic illnesses. These experiences have profoundly shaped my life and influenced my approach to my work. I deeply understand the complexities that arise from managing chronic illnesses and how they can impact relationships and personal achievements, both in the professional sphere and in life. Moreover, I am acutely aware of how these challenges can affect one's self-perception.
My work centres around understanding our values and how they are the driving force in our life and how they can help us on our journey through recovering from trauma, especially medical trauma as a result of chronic illness. I am passionate about helping you understand how the past is showing up in the here and now and how it is impacting your relationships and career.
