I'm an integrative counsellor and coach supporting clients through life's challenges. I help clients understand themselves more clearly, work through difficult emotions & patterns and move towards a more meaningful life.
Sometimes life brings us to a point where something feels stuck, difficult or unclear. The usual ways of coping aren't quite working, or we sense there's more we want from life but aren't sure how to get there.
I work with individuals, couples and groups facing a wide range of challenges, including low mood, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, and feeling lost or overwhelmed. Whatever brings you here, we'll work out together what might help.
As an integrative counsellor and coach, I draw on a range of approaches to meet you where you are. We work collaboratively to find what feels most helpful. Some sessions may be more exploratory, sitting with what's beneath the surface, while others may be more practical, focusing on patterns, insights and next steps. I don't believe there's only one way to create change, and I won't apply a fixed method to your experience.
What tends to matter most is the relationship we build. I aim to offer a warm, genuine and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, without needing to filter or perform. From that foundation, real work becomes possible.
As an integrative counsellor and coach, I draw on a range of approaches depending on what feels most useful at any given point in our work. This might mean practical tools, deeper exploration of past experiences, or something in between. I'll work collaboratively with you to find what fits.
Some of the approaches I work with include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and can be useful for anxiety, negative thinking and self-doubt.
Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores how past experiences shape current behaviours and relationships, offering insight into patterns you may want to change.
Existential Therapy, which focuses on life's bigger questions around meaning, purpose and uncertainty, and can help when things feel overwhelming or directionless.
Person-Centred Therapy, which offers a warm, accepting space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard.
Our sessions might focus on shifting unhelpful patterns, exploring emotions more deeply, or finding clarity in times of uncertainty. We'll work out together what feels most helpful and move towards it at a pace that feels right for you.
