About me

Life can be complicated, especially when navigating personal and professional challenges in an ever-changing world. Whether you're facing relationship struggles, career shifts, or the emotional ups and downs of life abroad, therapy offers a space to make sense of it all. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and groups facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and feeling stuck or lost in some way. No two people’s experiences are the same, which is why I take a flexible and tailored approach—helping you find what works best for you. My priority is to create a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you feel at ease. Therapy isn’t about being told what to do—it’s about working together to understand what’s going on for you and helping you find new ways to navigate the challenges you’re facing.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
As an integrative counsellor and coach, I adapt my methods to fit your needs—whether you're looking for practical tools to reduce anxiety, a deeper exploration of past experiences, or space to reflect on what is important to you. Some of the approaches I use include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, making it useful for tackling anxiety, negative thinking, and self-doubt. Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores how past experiences shape your current behaviours and relationships, offering insight into patterns you may want to change. Existential Therapy: Focuses on life’s bigger questions—meaning, purpose, and uncertainty—helping you find a way forward when things feel overwhelming or directionless. Person-Centred Therapy: Provides a safe, accepting space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Our sessions can focus on shifting unhelpful patterns, exploring emotions in depth, or finding clarity in times of uncertainty. Together, we’ll discover what meaningful changes you want to make and work towards them in a way that feels right for you.
