I’m a qualified integrative therapist based in the UK, with over 20 years of experience in education and mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Canada. These diverse experiences have shaped a respectful, culturally sensitive, and relational approach to therapy.
People often come to therapy during times of overwhelm, emotional difficulty, or transition, whether due to anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, relationship strain, or a desire for personal growth. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can speak openly, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.
At the heart of my work is the belief that genuine connection is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and practical. Together, we explore patterns, understand emotional responses, and find ways forward that feel authentic, manageable, and aligned with your values. Our work is tailored to your unique circumstances and family culture, aiming to build confidence, connection, and sustainable change.
Having navigated many of life’s shifts and challenges myself, I bring empathy, honesty, and curiosity to the therapy space. Whether you’re seeking support as a parent, young person, or individual, my intention is to offer a safe and respectful place to explore who you are both in your relationships with others and with yourself.
