I’m an English speaking therapist from Canada, offering confidential online sessions. I’m here to support you in exploring the areas of your life you want to focus on. Your enquiry into working together is welcome!
I am a UK-based integrative therapist with over 20 years of experience in education and mental health. I have worked with children, young people, adults, and families across Europe, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa. These experiences have shaped the way I work with respect, curiosity, cultural awareness, and attention to the relationships that shape our lives.
You might be considering therapy because something feels heavy, confusing, or unsettled. It could be anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, struggles in relationships, or a sense that something needs to change. My aim is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can pause, notice what is happening inside and around you, and begin to make sense of it at your own pace.
I believe meaningful change happens through connection, understanding, and reflection. Together we explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, uncover what drives them, and consider practical ways forward that feel manageable and aligned with your values. Our work is shaped around your life, your relationships, and the context that matters to you.
Alongside my professional experience, my own life experiences inform how I work. I bring empathy, curiosity, and honesty to the therapy space. Whether you are coming as an individual, a parent, or a young person, I aim to provide a steady, respectful environment where you can explore who you are both in relation to others and to yourself.
You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. Bring what feels confusing, heavy, or unfinished, and you will be met with care, attention, and understanding. Reaching out can feel daunting, and I hope to make that first step easier by offering a safe, compassionate space where you can be truly heard.
Therapy with me is a calm, respectful, and confidential space where you can speak openly and be met with understanding. You do not need to have clear answers or know where to begin. We start with what feels most important to you.
I work in a collaborative way, grounded in empathy, trust, and respect. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support you in exploring your experiences, challenges, relationships, and hopes for change at a pace that feels right for you. You are listened to carefully and without judgement.
My integrative approach draws primarily on person-centred and humanistic therapies. Sessions are shaped around your individual needs, values, and goals rather than a fixed agenda. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or struggling with difficult relationships, therapy offers space to reflect, gain clarity, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I offer one-to-one sessions and work online primarily with adults and adolescents. I have a particular interest in supporting parents and families, alongside my work with adults more broadly. If you are feeling unsure, stretched, or wanting things to feel more settled or connected at home, therapy can offer a space to reflect, strengthen communication, and build confidence in your relationships with your children.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your story and your capacity for growth. Therapy is a relational process where understanding, reflection, and honesty support meaningful change.
I have been running my own private practice since 2022 as a psychotherapist and play therapist.
Prior to this I have over 15 years supporting both students and parents in educational settings both at home and abroad.
