I am a UKCP-registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a focus on helping individuals explore how unconscious patterns influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Since 2017, I have worked in private practice, offering a reflective space to better understand the challenges people face and how past experiences may shape their present lives.
In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings that have shaped my understanding of mental health. At Fairbridge Clinic, I managed assessments and referrals for those seeking affordable psychotherapy. At SANE, I supervised volunteers, developed training programs, and piloted a brief therapeutic intervention service. Earlier, at the Arbours Therapeutic Community, I supported residents experiencing severe psychological distress, facilitating group work and providing individual support in a residential setting.
My training at AGIP, the British Psychotherapy Foundation, and Birkbeck University has provided me with a strong foundation in psychoanalytic theory. I approach each client as an individual, offering a thoughtful and collaborative space to explore their experiences and work towards greater understanding.
