I’m a therapist who works to creates a safe, understanding space to explore feelings, uncover patterns, and find clarity, helping you make life feel more like your own.
With over twenty years’ experience in the caring professions, I have been supporting people through some of life’s most difficult and emotional moments. I have spent my career helping adults during times of anxiety, loss, stress, and personal change.
I understand how past experiences and recurring patterns can affect the way we feel, think, and relate to ourselves and others. My work is rooted in empathy, respect, and genuine care, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore your feelings and make sense of life’s challenges. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, or patterns from the past that keep showing up in daily life.
Together, we’ll look at what’s really going on beneath the surface, reflect on experiences, and gain insights that help you feel clearer, more confident, and able to take meaningful steps toward a life that feels truly your own. Sessions are available in central London or online, making therapy flexible and easy to fit around your life.
I have worked across universities, prisons, hospitals, and community therapy centres, supporting adults through a wide range of challenges and life experiences. This variety of experience informs my compassionate approach, helping me understand how anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and past experiences can shape people in different ways. It allows me to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they take meaningful steps toward positive change.
I am well equipped to support you, with clinical training and an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London. I also studied Art at the University of East Anglia and Theology at the University of Oxford, giving me a broad perspective on human experience and personal development.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and committed to the highest professional and ethical standards. My practice is continually strengthened through ongoing professional development, ensuring I bring both skill and care to every session.
