What characterizes my work is a warm, empathetic style grounded in a genuine interest in interpersonal well-being. From this fundamental ethic, my approach adapts to the emotional needs of each client, taking into account their personal histories, life experiences, and unique ways of relating to others. Because much emotional suffering is shaped within relationships, therapy becomes a space to explore both individual symptoms and their connection to the client’s relational world. The therapeutic relationship itself offers a safe and supportive environment in which meaningful relationships can be understood, strengthened, and gradually transformed.
