I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist working with a wide range of mental health problems. I studied psychiatric nursing, higher education, psychology, hypnosis, psychotherapy and supervision. I work with warmth and compassion to create a safe and stable environment in which you can work through your difficulties. I have first-hand experience of working with issues of diversity, immigration and cultural integration. My integrated model is relational and psychodynamic that builds on attachment theory, neuroscience and body psychotherapy. I work with individuals on a short or long-term basis, one-to-one and online.
I work with a wide range psychological problems, including depression, eating disorder, addiction etc. Anxiety, feeling low and experiencing loss are part of everyday life. However, if you feel your emotional life is out of balance and struggle to bounce back or feeling stuck in old patterns that holds you back, it's a good time to reach out for support. Psychotherapy helps you to re-evaluate and make new sense of your life and relationships not just with others but with yourself too. The process offers opportunities to change your internal life to feeling more comfortable, secure and confident and this to translate to being able to form more fulfilling relationships and live a fuller life.
