My work integrates the science of psychology with practices that help people feel safe, grounded, and more connected. I draw on Health Psychology and Integrative Science Based practices to bring practical tools, to build presence and resilience, and polyvagal theory to understand how our nervous system shapes the way we respond to stress, relationships, and change.
I believe in meeting people where they are. This will be a collaboration, we notice patterns, explore emotions with compassion, and create small, realistic steps forward. This process isn’t about quick fixes or pushing past difficulties, it’s about cultivating awareness, flexibility, and resilience, so you can respond differently to life’s challenges.
Mindfulness helps us pause and see clearly, while integrative practices offers ways to shift unhelpful thought patterns. Health Science insights show us how the body and mind work together, helping you find regulation and calm even in difficult moments. These approaches, together with non-violent communication, support lasting growth in how you relate to yourself and to others.
This way of working can be especially supportive for anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, grief, and times of transition. My aim is to help people move beyond just coping, toward feeling steadier, more connected, more resilient, and freer to create the life they want.
