After working there as a freelance counsellor for several years, I recently moved to London in June 2022. I specialise in helping adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including depression, emotional regulation, anxiety, addiction, stress management, and adjusting to change. I only offer online sessions at this time.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Recommended for those who want to learn skills to manage intense emotions and improve their relationships, especially if they feel easily overwhelmed.
I utilize a strengths based approach to therapy, encouraging my clients to discover and utilize their own strengths to help achieve their goals. I also combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) techniques to best help the individual.
