As an experienced psychotherapist, I will work with you collaboratively, with no judgement, to reduce suffering, explore difficult questions and help you gain the tools to better your life.
I am an experienced attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience working in private practice. In addition, I am qualified in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I was born and grew up in France, where I was a lawyer and practised for several years before moving to the UK and training as a psychotherapist.
I work in English and in French and my clinical practice includes working with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, parenting, trauma, addictions, self-harm and eating disorders.
I am also a clinical supervisor, training supervisor and training therapist. I am a registered member of The Bowlby Centre and a course tutor on the clinical training programme. I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy under registration number 8160062.

I provide psychotherapy from an attachment-based approach within a relational psychodynamic model to help clients improve the quality of their relationships and their life. In essence, we believe the effectiveness of psychotherapy is based on three complementary elements.
The first is the understanding and insight that emerges during therapy about repeating patterns in a client's relationships, both current and past.
The second key element of psychotherapy centres on the healing capacity of a positive and collaborative relationship between client and therapist.
The third element is the use of researched and clinically proven skills and methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming) or IFS, to help the mind heal itself by creating new understandings and changing feeling states.
Together, these complementary strands of psychotherapy create the conditions in which meaningful change and personal development can take place.
