I work with couples and individuals (heterosexual, LGBTQ+) short and long term from my private practice in Central London and online.
I work integratively, which means that I have training in various counselling approaches (systemic, psychodynamic, CBT) and I apply my knowledge and experience to tailor a unique intervention with each client to meet their specific needs. By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy becomes a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.
