Hello! As a registered UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy) Systemic and family therapist, some of my specialties are working with a range of difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries, family conflict, and domestic violence. I aim to create a safe and warm environment to support you in understanding your distress. Therapy can be an intimidating path to choose from, but I'm here to listen and support you on your journey towards optimum well-being. My counselling approach comes from perspectives of holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally competent components.
