I’m a UKCP accredited systemic therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. At the heart of my work is the understanding that we don’t exist in isolation - our struggles, strengths, and ways of relating are shaped by the systems we come from: family, culture, community, and the wider social context. Whether someone is seeking support for a personal challenge, relationship difficulty, or a sense of being stuck, I help clients explore what lies beneath the surface. Using a systemic lens and tools from constellations work, we gently uncover hidden patterns, inherited dynamics, and unspoken loyalties that may be influencing the present - often in ways that aren’t immediately obvious but profoundly felt.
My approach is creative, collaborative, and attuned to the uniqueness of each person and relationship. I support individuals and couples through life transitions, conflict, disconnection, and moments of crisis or potential. Much of my work with couples focuses on helping partners understand each other more deeply by exploring their relational histories—what each person brings into the partnership, often unconsciously. Rather than focusing solely on communication techniques or surface issues, we look at the deeper systemic influences that shape how people love, protect, and distance. This way of working brings a sense of compassion, perspective, and choice into relationships that may have felt rigid, reactive, or stuck.
Alongside couples, I also work with individuals navigating complex life questions, emotional overwhelm, identity issues, and trauma. I draw on training in systemic therapy, family constellations, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed approaches, which together offer a holistic and embodied path to healing. Systemic constellations, in particular, offer a unique and powerful way to visualise and experience relational dynamics - helping clients shift longstanding patterns, restore connection, and reclaim inner strength. Whether we are working through the echoes of family systems or the present-day dynamics of work, creativity, or love, I create space for reflection, insight, and transformation.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education, the arts, and personal development - fields that continue to inform my practice. They taught me the importance of curiosity, presence, and the capacity for change at every stage of life. I bring that same openness into my work with clients. Therapy with me is not about diagnosis or quick fixes. It’s about engaging deeply with what matters, exploring new perspectives, and creating space for the things that haven’t yet had room to emerge - grief, strength, desire, clarity.
I offer therapy online, which allows clients from a wide range of backgrounds and locations to access consistent, meaningful support. Working online doesn’t lessen the depth of the process - in fact, many clients find it easier to drop into reflection from the comfort of their own space. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and family structures, and I’m especially committed to offering an inclusive space that respects the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
What continues to move me in this work is witnessing the shifts that become possible when people start to see themselves in context. Whether working with a couple navigating a recurring conflict, or an individual facing a moment of profound change, I hold a systemic view that invites not blame, but understanding - and from that understanding, new choices. Every pattern makes sense in the system it came from. My role is to help you see it clearly, relate to it differently, and move forward with more clarity, connection, and intention.
