My approach focuses on helping you explore thoughts, feelings and beliefs in a safe environment that allows you to identify and accomplish your goals. I am influenced by several theoretical orientations and my treatment is tailored to you and your goals. I utilize mindfulness exercises, as well as CBT and DBT techniques.
