I am a therapist for Ukraine - no fee.
I was part of a psychotherapy exchange in 1988 in the then called Soviet Union in Moscow, Leningrad, Kyiv, and Vilnius.
I'm a Clinical Social Worker who worked for 6 years at the Veteran's Administration and then private practice for 40+ years. I incorporate spiritual and meditative practices if a client is open to that.

Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
Though trained in ego psychology, my approach with more training is from a systems point of view, considering family, culture, and a client's whole system, even when I work with only the individual. I believe early life experiences can be triggered by outside crises in the world and I believe that healing is possible.
