As a trained professional in the field of behaviour science, it has given me the opportunity to become a devoted guardian to the civilization and the society and contribute significantly using psychology as a medium to reduce the health care crisis in return for one to lead a better life. My insights in cognitive behaviour therapy have provided my clients significant results in overcoming their obstacles. Further my knowledge towards working with wide range of individuals gives me the strength to interact with everyone confidently and at the same time make one comfortable around me and to handle extreme situations with calm and patience.
My focus areas include emotional and behavioral difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and marital issues. I have worked in both in-patient and outpatient departments across the government and private sectors.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I tailor it to the specific needs of each individual I work with. I am also well-versed in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, motivation enhancement therapy, behavior modification, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
