I am a psychologist with experience supporting individuals facing emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression and the impact of traumatic experiences. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping strategies and regain a sense of balance and stability in their lives. Alongside my psychological training, I also have a background in physiotherapy. This allows me to pay attention to the connection between emotional experiences, stress and physical tension in the body. I aim to support clients in understanding how psychological and physical processes interact. Living and working abroad has also given me insight into the challenges related to life transitions, adaptation and living in a different cultural environment.
My approach is supportive, collaborative and client-centred. I believe that a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful psychological work. In our sessions we work together to explore emotional experiences, patterns of thinking and coping strategies.
