After this assessment, I provide you with a PERSONALIZED CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION, offering a structured understanding of your situation.
Once we have this foundation, we move into COUNSELLING, where I develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, integrating evidence-based protocols so we both have a clear vision of your therapeutic journey.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured and goal-oriented approach that helps you gain practical tools to manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My ultimate goal is to empower you to BECOME YOUR OWN THERAPIST, equipping you with skills that will support you long after therapy ends.
Beyond CBT, I incorporate SELF-COMPASSION techniques to strengthen your emotional resilience and help you cultivate a kinder, more loving relationship with yourself.
I have a deep passion for supporting women during PREGNANCY and the POSTPARTUM PERIOD, as I understand how transformative—and sometimes overwhelming—this stage of life can be. You deserve care, understanding, and a space where your experiences are fully acknowledged.
