I am a certified clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
My first academic background was in ENGLISH PHILOLOGY, and during my years as a teacher, I observed how anxiety, depression, and, most importantly, self-confidence shape learning and personal growth. This realization led me to psychology, where I now help people recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns to build resilience and self-acceptance.
As a UKRAINIAN, I have a firsthand insight into not only trauma, LOSS and UNCERTAINTY but also the incredible strength of human resilience. Living through such adversity has deepened my understanding of post-traumatic GROWTH — the ability to transform hardship into strength. In my work, I balance “A STRONG BACK” - a structured approach to therapy with “SOFT FRONT” - a compassionate presence, creating space for difficult emotions.
My CONSCIENTIOUS nature is my biggest strength, since it drives me to ensure that each session is tailored to my client’s unique needs.
Beyond my professional life, I am a wife and mother to a two-year-old daughter. I find joy in reading and spending time outdoors with my family.

Our work together begins with 2–3 INTAKE SESSIONS, where we create a “map” of your present, past, and future. We start by identifying your current challenges, exploring past experiences and biopsychosocial factors that may have contributed to them, and setting clear goals for change. After this assessment, I provide you with a PERSONALIZED CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION, offering a structured understanding of your situation.
Once we have this foundation, we move into COUNSELLING, where I develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, integrating evidence-based protocols so we both have a clear vision of your therapeutic journey.
