About me

I was born and raised in Bilbao, Spain. After spending my adolescence in London, I came to Madrid to study Clinical Psychology. I have always loved reading a lot, and I believe that my desire to become a psychologist was influenced both by my need to understand myself and others and my passion for listening to stories. During my college years, what interested me the most were the subjects of depth psychology that understood the human being from their individuality and personal history. That’s how I leaned towards psychodynamic psychology and began my own therapeutic process, which I consider an essential part of a therapist’s training. After university, I have continued my education through master’s degrees, seminars, and clinical supervision, enriching and deepening my work with my patients.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
I believe that psychotherapy helps us get to know ourselves better and frees us from the bonds of the past, allowing us to become a freer and truer version of ourselves.

I offer a safe, confidential, and respectful environment in which, together, we will work to shed light on your situation, with the hope of finding meaningful and lasting ways of navigating life.
