Psychologist and provocative coach with 3 years of practice. I work in an integrative approach, helping clients to overcome difficulties, release limiting patterns, and build authentic inner support.
I am a psychologist and provocative coach with over 3 years of professional practice. My work is based on an integrative approach, combining different therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe that growth begins when we dare to face our emotions honestly and create new ways of living through awareness and action.
My own journey through life changes, migration, and personal transformation has deepened my understanding of what it means to feel unstable, lost, or disconnected from yourself. This experience allows me to support people not only with professional tools but also with empathy and authenticity.
In my work, I help clients build inner stability, overcome limiting patterns, and find their own resources for resilience. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where change feels possible and clients can reconnect with their authentic selves.
My approach is integrative, combining different methods depending on the client’s needs. I use elements of provocative coaching, dialogue, and body-oriented techniques to help clients face challenges with curiosity and courage. I believe in creating a safe space where honesty, humor, and empathy open the way for real change
I have been working with clients for about three years. In my practice, I often use provocative techniques together with an integrative approach to help clients gain new perspectives, break limiting patterns, and build inner stability.
