About me

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in theoretical and experimental psychology. During my training, I completed professional supervisions and developed an integrative approach, selecting methods tailored to each client’s unique needs.

As I begin my professional journey in psychological counseling, I value every new experience as an opportunity for growth and development as a specialist. I'm particularly interested in working with individuals facing adaptation challenges in a new country. If you are struggling with adjustment, loneliness, anxiety, or a loss of stability, I can support you in navigating these transitions.

My areas of interest include relationships, self-identity and career guidance. I have experience in career counseling, helping people identify their strengths and make informed choices about their professional paths. I offer individual online consultations and strive to create a safe and supportive space for personal exploration and growth.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.

Integrative psychotherapy is an approach in which the therapist combines methods from different schools of thought (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and humanistic approaches), creating a flexible and personalized strategy of support tailored to the client’s unique needs. It is not just a collection of techniques - what matters is conceptual integration rather than superficial eclecticism.

I chose this approach because it allows me to respond to each client’s individuality with sensitivity and care. People’s experiences are complex and no single method can fully address the variety of their challenges. By integrating different perspectives, I can build a safe, supportive, and adaptable space where clients feel understood and can work toward meaningful change.
